General eligibility requirements

WisTAF generally will not make grants to/for:

• individual persons;
• political campaigns or organizations designed primarily for lobbying; 
• agencies of local, state or federal government; 
• religious activities; or
• non-civil legal services. 

Any additional requirements specific to a particular grant program will be made available as part of the application process.
